• Supplier negotiations and streamlined assembly to stay on budget and on schedule.
• Took on many production tasks in support of the art director, through to delivery.

• More than 35 exhibitions and cultural projects, about four seasons a year.
• Up to 10 simultaneous exhibitions across a dozen rooms, with around ten artists at a time.
• A team of 3 employees and about 5 assistant installers, plus outside craftspeople and subcontractors.
• Budgets, purchasing, suppliers and building operations.

• Large-scale custom light fixtures and one-of-a-kind pieces, from design to installation, with a network of specialized subcontractors.
• Hospitality: some 100 light fixtures for the boutique hotel Maison Grinder, and a hotel in the Dominican Republic.
• Private residences, including two large residences in Saint-Hyacinthe.
• Events for Cirque du Soleil's events division, in Sagard and on Mont-Tremblant, and many corporate events.
• Clients in live entertainment and TV: Cirque du Soleil, TNM, Canal Vie, Cité-Amérique.

• Varekai international tour (2003-2007): costume preparation and maintenance, adapting to the constraints of touring.
• International logistics: suppliers, schedules, shipping, pallets and ATA carnets.
• Back in 2016 to build the stage props for Luzia.

Founder and designer

• A brand of luxury robes, tunics and wrap dresses inspired by traditional clothing from around the world.
• Three fashion shows in three years, with orders and sales to private clients.
